Clarity in every decision.

Leaders needed the whole picture. Bedside teams needed their attention back. We designed and shipped one operations product for the floor, the family, and the chart.

The brief

Vitality on every floor. Clarity in every decision.

Senior living teams were splitting the day across medication records, family messages, and paper that never quite matched. Leaders could not see the building. Nurses could not stay with the resident.

We designed VitaBloom as a composed operations product: medication, documentation, family communication, and analytics in one rhythm. The public site, consultation booking, and staff portal belong to the same system the floor actually runs.

What we shipped

The floor, the family, and the chart had to live in one product.

01

Medication and notes

One surface for the round. Nurses record what happened without leaving the resident for a second login and a binder.

02

Family communication

Updates that leave the nurse with the person in the room, not on the phone. Families see the building without calling the desk.

03

Staff portal and booking

Consultation booking and staff login sit on the same product the public site promises. No brochure taped to a dashboard.

04

Leader views

The floor in one glance: occupancy, attention, and the decisions that used to wait for a weekly printout.

Medication, family, and the floor in one product

How we built it

We designed the public face and the operations product as one system.

01

Walk the shift

Medication rounds, family calls, and the board in the office. The product had to match that day, not a generic hospital template.

02

Compose the product

Medication, documentation, family, and analytics in one information architecture the bedside team can finish a round on.

03

Match the public site

Book a conversation, staff portal, and the operations product share the same system. What you see on the homepage is what staff open.

04

Hand over the repo

The client keeps the code, the data, and the next change. We stay only when they ask.
